'Scarlet Bristle' is a very nice short-tooth, red-leafed Venus flytrap variety. In addition to its unique color and teeth, it also produces unusually thick and "bristly" trigger hairs.
Originating with Rick Keehn of Canada, Scarlet Bristle is reportedly a spontaneous tissue culture mutation produced from a "typical" Venus flytrap that had been in sterile culture for a couple of years.
