Don't waste your time trying to find all the ingredients and then taking a chance at best for growing your VFT. I'd highly recommend buying this soil from these guys. The soil is already mixed in perfectly, the shipping is fast and free, and best of all, if you're thinking it might not be enough, trust me there is more than plenty enough, I had to go buy more pots but that's not a bad thing!
