Sounds like the stratification work, and that looks like germination!!!!!!!!!
First of all i want to thank John(snapperhead) for sending drosera tuber seeds to me, some of you know him, he's the one with all the beautiful, impressive CP's specailly nepenthes that you could think of.
They were really fast at germinating(if they did germinate)(i know this seeds can take a while to germinate), i was actually expecting them to germinate in october 2011, and so far, the results are good, i will try to get this babies established before spring comes so that they can create the tubers things in their roots, if they don't do it fast in this 3 months( january, february, part of march), they might died, so wish me luck with them, and i hope they can grow their tubers by the end of february!
D. auriculata Adelaide Hills:
d. macrantha ssp planchonii:
D. whitakeri: No results yet
,,>>>>>>>>>>>>>>NEW UPDATES<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<,,
still no D.whitakeri germination , sounds like they want to germinate next winter , i am very pleased with the results, i did not expect to see that many germination today, so, pat on the back jht-union!, and john, how do they germinate then?, i was curious last time but forgot to ask. Thanks!
