Setup looks great if you ask me. What's the water level? You want it around up to half the height of the pot.

Yup, it's halfway. I'm still trying to figure out why the part of the gemmae that's touching the soil stays green while the rest turns tan. Although chances are that the gemmae just didn't survive freezing. Hopefully, when the next ones arrive, they'll sprout.
