I just let them be. Bagging them would probably cook them in my climate. This species is quite good at forming pitchers in variable humidity.
Oh yes definitely, that's what I forgot. DO NOT bag the tendrils and let the plant sit in direct sun. It will literally crisp the tendrils. If there is sun, just use a partially opaque bag, and give it a hole or two.

Lol ok. Yeah, Houston, TX = 100*F every day. At least temperatures are dropping now. I think I am going to just leave the plant alone for a while to see what happens... Hopefully by next summer it is completely acclimated to Texas weather. Does anyone keep theirs in direct outside sunlight?
