Hey Daniel, thanks! I just recently learned that this plant is actually native to my country. It was discovered in Mount Mantalingajan in the island of Palawan here in the Philippines (thus the rather strange name). A bit of a trivia for everyone. Hahaha...

if you have read carnivorous plants in their habitats by stewart mc. pherson, he describes it in the back, with tons of pictures!
