The ICPS (International Carnivorous Plant Society) has great grow guides for alot of CP's (probably all of them) including Cephs.

would be a good idea to look up a local grow guide ,as if your new to growing cephs they can be some times difficult , if you dont get the right plants at bit hard to get going , most guides if the person has good knowledge will be ok but may vary a bit from country to country because of different climate conditions , mainly weather, temps and sun so have a look for some info from some one in your home land first and see if that is achievable to you growing conditions

well in my personal experience ive learned in very short time (about 1 and a half or 2 years) with my cephalotus....you should make a substrate with peat moss, perlite and let it with a humidity trap which allows a short exchange of air but still keeping the humidity, put it light shade place and moist the soil until it be very very damp and let it in a dry dish ...then use that water that the substrate runoff for other plant letting the dish dry again..... water the ceph every 5 days and repeat procedure with the dish.....ive had good results with this simple care..... i don t know it it will work for you but my cephalotus was grown from seed like that and now he got 2 little plantlets more intil 2day :D good luck i hope it helps you... BTW cephalotus is a VERY EXTREME slow grow plant.... so be patient, i feed my plant like every 15 days with very small insects...1 or 2
