I can use some help. Makes me itch looking at it.
Is it poisonous?

That's Virginia Creeper as stated earlier. Completely harmless unless it overtakes the trees. Then the tree can die.

Poison ivy has 3 leaves. Posion oak has either 3,5,7, or sometimes 9 leaflets. Poison sumac is highly variable.

A good test is to take a stick and poke holes in the leaves.

Poison ivy, oak, and sumac will all have black crusted spots where you poked the holes. This takes about 24 hours to become visible. The black spots are from the urushiol leaking out of the plant. The holes can be small or large. Just toss the stick away when done poking holes.
