I don't know... I find it kinda cool.. Maybe our world has become too safe... I am not saying I want it post apocalyptically. But maybe a few plants that could eat you may be cool.

I often rip up a weed, Cape Sundew from where it doesn't belong and stick it in a pot.
If it lives, I give it away, if it dies, I toss it.
Yesterday I grabbed a dead one, walked it to the garbage can and thought, "I should take a picture of this dead weed for the latest contest".
When I set it up, I saw a bit of Green.
So it's as dead as the parrot from Monty Python, but it's also growing a new shoot from the roots.
I snipped off a few dead leaves so the new growth is more easily visible.
A new possible cultivar, Drosera capensis 'Dead Parrot'
