Guys,.. my pings are doing weird stuff again

It seems, that new pings are growing on the plants leaves. And they look carnivorous.

Well that's interesting, not seen this to such an extent before. I'm not entirely surprised, with all the white foliage that's visible (that's where new plants sprout from when doing leaf pullings), but it's really quite cool to witness.

"Retired" in 2017.

Yeah, I'll keep you updated.
Should they have less light at this part of a year? Or is it important just not to burn them and to make sure that they have just a little of water?

They still need a good amount of light, but it's natural for the photoperiod to reduce at this time of year anyway. As yours are dividing like crazy, probably best to give them a little water every couple of weeks over the dry season, then water as you normally would during the growing season.

I think this is comply nomal the plant was stretching for light and once it got the light it needs it puts down roots
