Was given these cuttings from a friend. Never grown monstera before so any advice would gladly be welcomed! The cuttings in the container are apparently in some sort of fish gravel that also works for rooting cuttings. I think they may be molding? I don’t know what I should do with those…

I cannot help you with any monstera growing advice. But I would say that is a cobweb type mold. You can put it in direct sun outside which may kill it or compost it.

The sun is what you want to kill the mold it’s an easy, healthy, and cheap method.
