I can’t remember the name of this guy and have lost his tag. All I remember is that he’s a pure species and the species name starts with a. Identification would be very much welcomed as I’m not well versed in pings. Now to the main part, my ping is flowering! I would love to provide some ping seed to the seed bank/start some baby pings off, just need to know how first :mrgreen:

That looks like a P. agnata. I have a P. agnata 'true blue' that looks almost identical.
I have found that of all the Pinguicula that I have had bloom so far, P. agnata has been the most annoying one to pollinate. It's harder to reach the pollen.
With my other Pings so far, I have been successful pollinating them with a dried sundew flower stalk. I insert the end into the flower, under the flap, and flick it out. That gets the pollen on the stick, which I then tap to the front of the flap on the receiving plant. I have made hybrids and selfed plants this way, and sprouted some.
