Damn, i accidentally pulled the head off my revived d.paradox during repotting & wanted to do some leaves pulling.... will this headless paradox grow back?

Honestly, they'll grow back from the crown I'm sure. Looking at it, though hard to see, it looks like the actual center wasn't damaged.

As for cuttings, leaf cuttings on petiolaris don't really work. So what I discovered is when the plant has a trauma, it'll grow an offshoot at a part where the leaf was separated. I tested that with a petio I received and ended up with a couple of extra plants. You could try leaf cuttings but I haven't had luck.

Ah ok thanks for the good & bad news! I saw on youtube abt leaf pulling on this, tot it will work, anyway will leave it and update here if anything happens.

Sorry for 1 noob qns, this is petiolaris not paradox? Or petiolaris means the family of these type of sundews?

Sorry about that, it's a good question. Didn't mean to confuse you. I called it a petio because it's part of the Petiolaris Complex. It shares similar yet unique characteristics from the rest of the sundews. It does look like a Paradoxa. I like these because I can grow them outside lol.

Ah ok haha, and yea, i have some good news to share! In just a couple of weeks! So leaf pulling works for paradox :D :D
