Are you keeping this plant in high humidity? I notice when a plant I have in humidity trays catch insects, they begin to mold before they digest. Circulating the air will kill off the mold. Honestly when I encountered that, I would clip off the leaf before it spread in too far. Fungicides only do so much with that kind of issue. Typically I feed with Maxsea so I don't encounter the issue as much.

Alternative that takes a little planning would be to supply circulating air inside the humid enclosure to prevent the mold from growing. It loves stagnant air, light and damp conditions.

Well if "in there" is an enclosed space, it probably has more to do with still air causing your mold problem. The water level wouldn't be a factor there with it on the leaf. Try recycling the air more frequently. If possible grow it in a place where the air circulates, it doesn't need to be a lot. I grow things in enclosed trays but I take the lids off regularly.

If you can, I would. It may help to knock out that problem. I'd get rid of the problem leaf though, try to keep the petiole if it is possible but it will spread eventually if left unchecked. Almost lost a couple plants because I wasn't vigilant enough.

You don't necessarily have to have a fan *in* the greenhouse. You don't need a lot of movement. I personally have a tower fan I use and it isn't directed at any one thing, it's solely there to move the air in general. If you can get a fan in there though, all the better. I honestly believe it'll correct your issue. It'll also let you close the door and increase humidity. Not all but most CPs love higher humidity if its offered.
