Update:
The vine is about 2ish feet now. It's growing crazy fast!

Since I stopped fertilizing and increased the level on the humidifier (humidity is always 80%+, but now it puts out more water when it's on) and put one by the exhaust, a pitcher has started to form.

Non-developed vs developing pitcher (developing is almost constantly wet due to the fan blowing the humidified air right on it all the time):
