Update:
The vine is about 2ish feet now. It's growing crazy fast!

Since I stopped fertilizing and increased the level on the humidifier (humidity is always 80%+, but now it puts out more water when it's on) and put one by the exhaust, a pitcher has started to form.

It's definitely getting near the top. I have to always be extremely careful when taking the tray out.
