Yours has urea it should be with the label on the back "total nitrogen 20%, urea nitrogen 10.4%" but that same brand sells urea free orchid fertilizer.

In my opinion yes, but I haven't dug further into it then what I'm showing you.
Ah okay, but it might work for plants that produce digestive enzymes?

I don't think that's how it works. But I don't see any study on urea and enzymes.
