Is my cephalotus doing well?#246255

5 or its leaves are turning yellow is this natural?what is happening

.I got it last week and repotted it in a peat/perlite/sand mix. It's stays on a south window still in a 10cm deep pot. When I got it it was in a tiny white plastic pot in a pure peat mix. The temp here is 17-26 Celsius is this good for cephalotus?

I also keep the media moist more on the dryer side

Looks like the older leaves are just dying off, which is normal. Since there seem to be few to no pitchers, I think it would benefit from more light.

I added some lights and the plant went CRAZY I can see at-least 5 more growth points
