What should I do with this leaf pullings?

So, I pulled this leafs about 2 months ago. They are def doing well but i am wondering if I should continue to leave the in the pot? or should I just leave them be. It's kinda cool that different leafs has developed into different shapes and colors.

IMO they might do better if you just leave them and the cutting is allowed to transfer all its energy to the smaller strikes.

More time might also allow for more strikes, but really I don't know much about pings, but that would be my logic.
