D. rotundifolia grows natively in the same species of sphagnum we sell in the FlytrapStore.

You might want to wait a bit until it gets settled. Or you could just use the live sphagnum as a top dressing. Sphagnum that gets no light doesn't grow anyway and looks just like long-fibered sphagnum.
