When people say they use 100% pure live sphagnum, does that mean.... absolutely no soil?

What plantman said. I use 100% live sphag with my nepenthes and helis. I also have a D prolifera and D aliciae in 100% live sphag. I've never seen a plant that didnt thrive in live sphag though. If I could afford it I would plant almost everything in it.

Great I will soon repot my heli in live sphag, any advice on how to get this procedure done adequetly?

D. rotundifolia grows natively in the same species of sphagnum we sell in the FlytrapStore.

You might want to wait a bit until it gets settled. Or you could just use the live sphagnum as a top dressing. Sphagnum that gets no light doesn't grow anyway and looks just like long-fibered sphagnum.
