They're both gorgeous. The esseriana is definitely on its way, those top leaves are succulent and they're stacking beautifully. The weser may take a little while longer (I've noticed mine tend to start changing growth habits later) but can you see the top left leaf that's particularly upright? You should notice, as time goes on, that the rest of the leaves will follow suit.

My P. weser plants seldom create stacking leaves like the other Mexican pings in my collection do but they definitely change quite noticeably. It'll probably take at least another couple of weeks for the changes to develop enough for you to notice something's different.
