Feeding your sundew will encourage it to flower. On many occasions I've fed a sundew, and about a week or two later I saw flower stalks being to form. You should only feed leaves that are dewy though.

I've found with sundews they will only flower when conditions are ideal and they are happy. As acd pointed out feeding your sundews with things such as crushed betta pellets or freeze-dried bloodworms can encourage flowering and extra growth.

Of course that only works if your plant has dew on its leaves. If you do feed it though make sure you clean up any excess that lands in the soil, it can grow all kinds of funky looking mould and fungus.
