I've never harvested seeds. I got these of ebay.

If your looknig to pollinate them, I've hear of just rubbing the flowers together or useing a brush of some sort to transefer the pollen from one flower to another.

For harvesting, my guess would be just to wait until the pods are just about to open and pluck them off, and then let the seeds dry.
