Should I put the basals in my live sphagnum pot and hope they root or do what i would’ve done anyway?

I realize it’s a mistake, treated it the way i would’ve treated a ping basal

Are there any roots left on the division? If yes then it should be okay. If there's none than you can use the leaves to propagate more plants. Grao leaves strike pretty easily...and if that long root is still in the pot it also could grow another plant..

there’s like one or two short roots left on one, the other is empty. On suggestion from my bois on the carnivorous plant discord server, i’m floating them in water to rehydrate them and then i’ll olant them in my live sphagnum culture and seran wrap it
