Hello

I just found out that khasiana’s peristome glows under ultraviolet lights.

I was wondering if the hybrids did too

How cool is that? Who knew?? I used to grow that plant back in the 90s. Very tough hardy grower!

I was not aware it was a majority Image. I just saw it on the wiki for khasiana and was shocked.

I’m growing a hybrid of it right now. It is a very vigorous grower.

Yeah, other CPs exhibit UV fluorescence as well, though many have a weak or temporary reaction. Nepenthes are the really spectacular ones. I should also note that in my experience it's primarily the nectar that glows, rather than the peristome itself. If you take a look at my avatar, that's Nepenthes copelandii.
