Hello

I just found out that khasiana’s peristome glows under ultraviolet lights.

I was wondering if the hybrids did too

How cool is that? Who knew?? I used to grow that plant back in the 90s. Very tough hardy grower!

Maybe you could cut off the peristomes, cut them and make a glow bracelet!

The vast majority of Nepenthes species do this. I think there's only a couple exceptions.

I was not aware it was a majority

. I just saw it on the wiki for khasiana and was shocked.

Yeah, other CPs exhibit UV fluorescence as well, though many have a weak or temporary reaction. Nepenthes are the really spectacular ones. I should also note that in my experience it's primarily the nectar that glows, rather than the peristome itself. If you take a look at my avatar, that's Nepenthes copelandii.
