Here's a photo of my setup. Everyone gets irrigated on a timer when I'm away.

Parts:
-Bucket for water reservoir
-Aquarium pump (the smaller the better)
-Outlet Timer for controlling the pump
-1/4" drip irrigation tubing
-Misting nozzles or drip emitters (I use a combination of misters/emitters so all my plants can be watered from the same pump)

If you don't need the automation, you can skip the timer, or use a 1/4" hose adapter to spray the misters straight from a garden hose.

No... you probably want the weakest pump you can find. The mist is a very fine spray, and anything too powerful will create leaks at the joints. The misting nozzles can be adjusted so it will take some trial and error to get an even spray across a lot of misters. I use a pressure regulator for my misters when I run them off the garden hose.
