I have a D. Capillaris 'Emerald's Envy' that had finished flowering and is starting to release seeds. Almost all the pods are blacken and ready to burst if they already haven't. At what point do I cut the flower stalk and how in the world do I count the seeds? I'm wanting to donate some to the seed bank but am unsure how to count the seeds per package. Is it just a guesstimation?Image this was as off this morning, the bottom 3 pods have burst already. Can I cut the stalk and still harvest seeds from the top 3 buds?ImageImage

You can carefully pull off each seed pod as they split open so that the ones that aren’t ready have time to develop. Don’t count, just guesstimate. If you aren’t sure you have enough add a few more.

Awesome, didn't think of that. I'll be generous haha. Thank you!
