No it's one seedling with deep coloration. The whole plant has it.

I'd separate it immediately and give it a nice big individual pot. Give it lots of TLC and see what it looks like when mature.

I'm certainly not a Sarr guy, but to my eye that seedling has possible cultivar potential.

Mike Wang has spent years trying to breed a Black Sarr.

Just my 2 cents worth.

It's a [Leah Wilkerson x (Wilkerson's Red Rocket x Flies Demise)]xLeah Wilkerson
Not a single other seedling looks similar and I dont believe any of the parents are super dark. I plan on getting it registered if it keeps its traits. It has 4 solid black pitchers so far. Pretty exciting.

Make sure you don’t forget to continue to give updates, and once it’s available, spread it around to more growers. Too many times have cultivars disappeared because the grower didn’t spread the plant around. If that seedling stays that black, then you might have one of the darkest sarracenia ever. Mike Wang only recently, after spending years trying, has gotten a nice black clone. Congratulations on growing this plant
