I bought a nepenthus pitcher plant about a week ago now and it comes with a hanging pot which I'm guess I'm meant to hang from somewhere. I also know that for a fact these plants are not good in direct sunlight so I had an idea where I put it under a tree of mine which covers it from too much direct sunlight. Is this a good spot to put them? i also had an idea to try to hang them on one of the branches.

They can handle a bit of direct sun in the morning and early afternoon. As long as it gets good lighting from under the canopy and you don't let it get to cold, it should be fine.
