when and how to move the new plants

by archimago » Mon Nov 02, 2009 12:28 am

All of the tips and instructions I have seen are about getting successful strikes. I haven't seen any information about what to do after.
I have had a couple of successful leaf pullings. New leaves are beginning to form.
When and how do I move them into regular media?

Good question. I usually keep the pulling in the sphagnum until it gets pretty large and develops roots. Then I move it to my standard flytrap mix. You could probably move it whenever you'd like though after the strike and it would still continue to grow.

Thanks for the information. I'll leave them where they're sitting for a while longer then.
