All of the tips and instructions I have seen are about getting successful strikes. I haven't seen any information about what to do after.
I have had a couple of successful leaf pullings. New leaves are beginning to form.
When and how do I move them into regular media?

Good question. I usually keep the pulling in the sphagnum until it gets pretty large and develops roots. Then I move it to my standard flytrap mix. You could probably move it whenever you'd like though after the strike and it would still continue to grow.
