Put it on a semi-water culture system like I did on my dying-no-roots Phal, now it has grown a new big healthy leaf. Make sure that only the roots touching the water or the very bottom of your Phal if it does not have roots. You can also put a diluted fertilizer in the water. Good luck.

Make sure no water stays stagnant and pooled up in the wells of the leaves; this will cause leaf rot, thereby worsening the condition of your orchid.
