Generally, its always the Sarracenia X Moorei (Flava X Leucophylla) hybrids which are the tallest. I also find them to be the most beautiful. 
Two registered Moorei cultivars:
Sarracenia 'Leah Wilkerson'- pitchers recorded up to 130cm (I still need to get my hands on this beauty!)
Sarracenia 'Brooks Hybrid'
There is also a Sarracenia X Alava (Flava X Alata) hybrid Steven Morley (gardenofeden on CPUK) owns which got up to 120cm in 2010.
