Well I checked my orchid this morning, and when I saw this I was like, what da hell is this. I think it is a new plant growing on the side, but I've never heard of this being possible, although I heard it is possible for new plants to grow on the side of the flower stalk, although this sin't the case . Comments?

So what do I do with this, let it grow, or is it possible to separate it from the mother plant. I have this orchid since 2011 and it's in direct sunlight, never burned, bloomed beautifully. I guess it likes the conditions I offer it.

That's called a Kieki, which means "baby". When it's big enough to start growing roots, you can cut it off.
