As long as they aren't sitting in water, they will be fine. Pot height makes the most difference when you are tray watering, which is something I do not recommend during dormancy.

Facebook marketplace. You can find some pretty cheap ones there at least in my area. I got four little ones (1-2" across) for $3. I'll post a pic tomorrow afternoon when I actually get them. Still need to pick them up lol.
