Found this sundew in a store an decided to buy it. :) the package only said drosera hybrid, but that doesn't help much... Can anyone tell what sundews it might be a hybrid of? I need to know if it needs dormancy or not. So if you even know if its a temperate plant or tropical would be appreciated :?:

Welcome to the Forum!

Your Sundew needs more light.
It is light deprived to the point that the leaves are distorting.
It cannot be reliably identified until it starts growing normally.
But my best guess says it looks like Drosera aliciae. (Drosera spatulata is also a possibility)
Both species are Sub-Tropical. Neither needs dormancy.

Drosera aliciae with adequate light for leaf and tentacle development.

Drosera aliciae with good light level to fully color up the plant.

Good growing,
Mike

Thanks, for identifying it! I'm now giving it more light, since it was really light deprived in the store, so hopefully it'll look better soon
