I just got a Drosera Aliciae and put it in a “pot” without drainage, so I have to top water it. Will this be ok?

With no drainage, top watering is the least of your worries. Unless it is very deep, the roots will be sitting in an anaerobic environment which will promote root rot. You really need to have some sort of drainage.
