Just got my Hurricane Creek from FTS, best shop ever really. Anyway! this plant is easily 3-4 times bigger than any of my other plants. The root system to me looks like its angled slightly? The pics I included will show my potting job, I wish I took pics of the roots before, but I feel like I need to plant it more at an angle, I saw these two significant roots coming down the side and thought for sure ok those are going in the soil, then I see this other part of the rhizome and it looks like its growing roots and then I thought aw crap, do I need to put this whole part in the soil? then the plant will be at 45+ degree angle, thats weird. Its planted upright for now and Im just going to see what happens until someone corrects me or assures me Im doing the right thing.

Much love and happy growing!

Logan

Sarr roots can be confusing. However just make sure the rhizome is above the surface of the lfs. The roots will be ok. Then angle at will
