Safe neem oil??

So I just picked up some neem oil for my nepenthes and I just read that the premixed bottles of neem have unknown ingredients that may be harmful, is this brand safe? Or should I just return it and buy some concentrate. Thanks in advance.

I’m fairly sure that this brand isn’t safe due to the 99.1% of other ingredients, at that point It shouldn’t even be called neem oil. Do any of you guys have suggestions for safe brands?
