Hey, pinguicula primuliflora :) Very nice new growth.

I'm sure you already know this, but keep the soil just barely damp; these are prone to root rot even moreso than flytraps.

ya i just recently learned that, i give it pretty much the same cercomstances as my cep, booming with groth now. it was tryin to put up a stalk but it got swallowed by the new leaves. its pretty much putting out a new leafe every other day, and has been for the last 2 weeks, only tray water it now

got it from home depot, most are in verry bad condition tho

Interesting. The Lowes's near me have the death cubes, and all the Home Depots have death "cylinders". Did yours come in a cube or a cylinder?

I've seen reference to butterwort a lot here on this site, but it seems to just be a bunch of green leaves...I guess this is a stupid question, but are this a carnivorous plant, and if not..do they do anything exciting like vfts? lol

Bugs are stuck right when their legs hit the leaf. The mexican butterwort is my favorite type of carnivorous plant.

Doesn't the sundew close up around the insect once it hits the dew on the leaves? I read somewhere that the long, string-like sundew.. (sorry I'm not good with classification names) closes around the trapped insect...
