As Ronnie says, red leaves only occur on plants that are genetically red pigmented.

Most flytraps will get red interior traps, but most don't show a lot of color early in the spring. In late summer and early fall I've noticed my flytraps are the most colorful.

Lots of Sun, but it also depends on the plant. Home Depot/ Lowes plants won't get all red but they will have a red hue on the inner middle portion of the trap.
