I have this Drosera ? ( if you can identify, please do), the one in the second pic. It seems as though the "mother" plant suddenly turned this yellowish color but everything around it that it is producing are red. Is this a problem or is it normal?

In the first pic is my Drosera Aliciae and it has something that is either coming up from the roots or was just a hitchhiker but I am not certain so if anyone has any input I would appreciate it.

The aliciae pot is pretty busy. The seedling on the right looks to be a binata, and it appears there's another on the left. In between those, I see a few seedlings.
The middle seedlings will need to grow some to ID them, but I'm fairly sure you have a couple of binata there on the sides.
The yellow one will probably need a clearer picture to try for an ID. But, that kinda looks like a mixed pot, so the different color may not mean anything as that may just be how that particular one is.
