What Supercazzola is saying is that you cannot ascribe a true identification to it if it wasn't identified by the seller. The best you can do is label it that it "looks like" something. Your best bet is to reach out to the seller.

I am sure there are ways to genetically identify it, with enough money invested. But in the end, if you have an unlabeled, enjoyable Nepenthes, why not just accept it as a beautiful plant...

It could have some spectabilis in it, with the coloration and spotted patterns. But then again, could not...
