It came from PeyFlyTrap, though they don't label what they have out of stock, so if its out of stock it won't be on there.

I've been comparing it to N. Miranda but I don't think it is because of the striped peristome as well as the hooks on the peristome of the Miranda

If it wasn't a label, the best you may be able to do for a trade is Nepenthes No Id.
