Just a nomenclature update on my grow list: I changed Sarracenia rubra subspecies wherryi to Sarracenia alabamaensis subspecies wherryi.

I sold my S. psittacina var. okefenokeensis and var. okefenokeensis f. luteoviridis plants. The winters here in eastern North Carolina are a bit much for them. The new owner has a greenhouse, and he can keep them from dropping below 45°F / 7°C. That should make the plants happy.

I added a few red Sarracenia flava plants to my collection. They're still seedlings, so I'm expecting big things from them this summer.

S. flava var. atropurpurea x (flava 'Waccamaw' x flava var. rubricorpora)
S. flava var. ornata x flava 'Waccamaw'
S. flava 'Waccamaw' x flava var. atropurpurea
