Does anyone know of carnivorous plants BESIDES THE LEGENDARY PURPUREA that can survive zone 6 temperatures. I'm in the reading area of pa if that helps.

D. rotundifolia, D. anglica, about a dozen other sundews, a couple Pinguicula can, and a few Utricularia as well.

The "easy" Drosera you can actually get are: anglica, filiformis, intermedia, and rotundifolia. You can also try the hybrid Drosera x hybrida. There are a few others, but they are rather hard to get, so I would just go with these and call it a day.

I am a growing season (or two) warmer than you, but have Drosera 'Portland Sunrise' seeds (which appears to be an x californica, for what it's worth). It has survived my winters, but yours are colder. Let me know how you feel about experimentation!!
