I want to place my nepenthes miranda outdoors, but I am worried about humidity and light. Where I live humidity ranges from 16%-65% and especially fluctuates during the summer, but it is generally 40-50%. Should I just keep it indoors where it will always be 50-60% but with less light, or try to grow it outdoors with full sunshine and only bring it inside when it is super hot?

Virtually all Nepenthes are the black sheep in the carnivorous plant family in that they do not like direct sunlight. A couple of hours are OK, but indirect is better.
As to humidity, yours should be fine. The moist media will create a very localized area of higher humidity, just don't let it dry out

Not necessarily. If you have a spot that you can hang it that only gets a couple of hours of AM sunlight maximum, it could do it. All three of mine are outside, hanging under the covered back porch.
