Stapelia gigantea originally purchased in 1987. A great companion plant for all cp's as the 12" plus sized flowers attract fat and nutritious green bottle flies eager to lay their eggs.

You've only been in two and the average number of votes for an entry is 5, so you are right on the curve. It's not easy because there are a lot of great pictures out there.

I really like to grow aquatic plants, I love that they function as a living water filter. And I think the roots on water lettuce are beautiful. This particular water lettuce is decended from a clump that I got as a gift from one of my best friends who used to work at a plant nursery.

The fish is a female betta named Creampie
